Gallery Tizengauz is named after famous Grodno citizen Antony Tizengauz (1733 -1785), who opened in our city royal factories, theater and capella, founded theater, medicine and art school. Nowadays gallery is situated in 18th century baroque building of ex-Tizengauz art school.

The main idea of gallery is to represent different destinations of contemporary art. It represents as already "mature and famous" (Kachan, Sporsky) as "young and promising" (Filipovich, Pitsko, Bonn). Gallery includes three rooms: painting, graphics and sculpture. The gallery selection criteria is not only technique, but first of all but high art standards.

The unusual "art pluralism" of gallery Tizengauz is already recommended itself in Grodno art community.
